The Easter holidays are upon us and although it seems like the weather will feel more like Christmas, you’ll still want to get out and have a little fun. So below CREW Schools have put together a few ideas.
Here are some personal CREW team favourite days out:
- Charlotte from Cumbria she suggests a trip to Castle Park Penrith, you can visit the Penrith Castle ruins, and finish off by rolling down the mote.
- Ria from Surrey suggests a visit to the Kingley Vale Trail in West Sussex. Download the Nature Trail and find a good spot to have a picnic.
- Ros from London recommends the Tate Boat. Linking Tate Modern and Tate Britain, this is a fabulous way to see part of the city along the river Thames. You can even treat yourself to a drink and snack on board while you watch London roll on by!
- John from Wiltshire suggests walking the Wiltshire Downs and enjoy one of England’s areas of outstanding natural beauty.
…..and something for everyone happening around the UK:
- National Trust Cadbury’s Easter Egg Hunt – over 250 hunts to choose from!
- Hampton Court Easter Egg Hunt
- Bird of Prey family day at the River & Rowing Museum.
- Easter Trail at Cornwall’s Caerhays Estate.
…but if its Easter Snowmageddon and you want to keep the children active but indoors:
- Rock Reef Clip ‘n’ Climb – active and fun!
- Airhop Trampoline Park
That’s it, we will be open over the Easter organising our props and getting ready for the summer term. So, if you have any inquiries about our school workshops give us a call or send an email and whatever you do this Easter, ensure that at some point it makes you smile.
Happy Easter
